bb56ph performs identity verification (KYC) checks on all accounts prior to processing the first withdrawal. Accepted Philippine government-issued identification documents include the PhilSys National ID, UMID, passport, driver's license, PRC ID, Voter's ID, and Postal ID. Additional documentation may be requested at bb56ph's discretion, including proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) bb56ph account. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. bb56ph uses automated systems including device fingerprinting, IP address analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to detect and action multi-account activity.

Player account balances are held in Philippine Peso (PHP). Where deposits are made in USDT or other cryptocurrencies, the equivalent PHP value at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit will be credited to your account. bb56ph uses market-rate conversion benchmarks to determine PHP equivalents for cryptocurrency deposits.

bb56ph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI bank transfer, BDO bank transfer, Metrobank transfer, and USDT (on both TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks). The minimum deposit amount is ₱5. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by bb56ph, though individual payment providers may impose their own limits.

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your bb56ph balance within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take 5 to 30 minutes depending on banking processing times. USDT deposits are credited after the required number of network confirmations on the respective blockchain (typically 1 confirmation for TRC-20 and 12 confirmations for ERC-20).

Withdrawals are available to players who have completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawal requests are processed within the following timeframes under normal circumstances:

• GCash: 5–30 minutes
• PayMaya: 5–30 minutes
• BPI / BDO / Metrobank: 30–120 minutes during banking hours
• USDT TRC-20: 15–60 minutes
• USDT ERC-20: 30–90 minutes

bb56ph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. In the event of any discrepancy between game interface rules and these Terms, the individual game rules will govern for matters specific to that game, and these Terms will govern for all platform-level matters.

Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, and factors outside bb56ph's control (including third-party provider outages, internet service disruptions, and force majeure events) may cause temporary unavailability of the platform.

bb56ph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct by bb56ph.

bb56ph makes no representation or warranty that gaming services are legal in all jurisdictions from which they may be accessed. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of bb56ph is lawful in their jurisdiction.

bb56ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Provision of false personal information or fraudulent KYC documents.
• Multi-accounting or bonus abuse.
• Underage gambling or failure to pass age verification.

• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months.
• Any court order, regulatory directive, or legal requirement requiring account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, bb56ph reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where it is determined that the breach involved fraud, abuse, or criminal activity, bb56ph may forfeit the account balance in full.

Players may close their own bb56ph accounts at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Any real-money balance remaining in a legitimately closed account will be returned to the player via the original deposit method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bb56ph platform shall first be referred to bb56ph's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. bb56ph does not submit to the jurisdiction of any other court or tribunal.

For disputes relating to game outcomes, bb56ph's records of game play — including server-side logs and RNG certification records — shall constitute prima facie evidence of the correct game outcome in the absence of clear evidence of a technical error.

bb56ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bb56ph will notify registered players via email or through a prominent in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or for urgent security reasons.

The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the bb56ph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account prior to the effective date of the changes.
